Homemade Cookie Dough Ice Cream

Two weekends ago we had no power for 50 hours. That's my excuse for not blogging. Not a real reason, but definitely an excuse. So, this past Labor Day weekend we made the obvious choice to go camping and pretend we had no electricity or other modern amenities. Today, to celebrate our success at surviving the woods for three nights, I did a food challenge. Meaning I ate a disgusting amount of food at a public restaurant, filmed it with time-lapse, and got a t-shirt for my efforts. You'll have to wait until next time to hear about that. In the meantime, Isabeau and I made cookie dough ice cream. We had my husband film us with his phone, and we tried a different movie editor this go around. The new editor was free, and I want you to know that I find vlogging much more complicated than blogging. That's why I'm up so late posting this tonight. We did have a bit of fun though.
